1) Open Outlook.

2) From the Tools menu, select Services.

Note: If you do not see Services listed, select Accounts.

3) Click once on Internet E-mail to highlight it.
4) Click on the Properties button.

Note: If Internet E-mail is not listed:
1) Click on the Add button.

2) Click once on Internet E-mail to highlight it.
3) Click OK.

5) In the Full name text box, type your name.
6) In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address. (For example: memberid@earthwave.net)
7) In the Internet Mail server text box, type pop.earthwave.net.
8) In the Account name text box, type your entire email address. (Note: This should be lower-case.)
9) In the Password text box, type your password. (Note: Passwords are case sensitive.)
10) Click on the Advanced Options button.

11) In the Forward all outbound mail to the following mail server box, type smtp.earthwave.net
12) Click OK.
13) Select the Connection tab.

14) Check the circle next to Connect using the network.
15) Click OK. (Note: If you have added the Internet Mail service, you will be prompted to restart Outlook. Click OK.)
16) Click OK to close the Services window.
