1) Open Outlook.

2) From the Tools menu, select Services.
Note: If you do not see Services listed, select Accounts.

3) Click once on Internet E-mail to highlight it.
4) Click on the Properties button.
Note: If Internet E-mail is not listed:
1) Click on the Add button.

2) Click once on Internet E-mail to highlight it.
3) Click OK.

5) In the Mail Account text box, type earthwave.net.
6) In the Name text box, type your name.
7) In the Organization text box, type in your organization or you can leave this field blank.
8) In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address. (For example: memberid@earthwave.net)
9) In the Reply address text box, type your e-mail address. (For example: memberid@earthwave.net)
10) Select the Servers tab.

11) In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) text box, type smtp.earthwave.net.
12) In the Incoming mail (POP3) text box, type pop.earthwave.net.
13) Under "Incoming Mail Server," check the circle next to Log on using.
14) In the Account name text box, type your entire email address.
15) In the Password text box, type your password.
Note: This feature is optional. If you want Outlook to prompt you for your password each time you access your e-mail, leave this field blank.
Warning!
Do not check the circle next to Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
16) Select the Connection tab.

17) Under "Connection," check the circle next to I use a LAN connection.
18) Select the Advanced tab.

19) In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) text box, type 25.
20) In the Incoming mail (POP 3) text box, type 110.
21) Click OK. You will be prompted to restart Outlook in order for the configuration changes to take effect.

22) Click OK.
23) Click OK again to exit.
